Entering & Editing a Customer

To enter a new customer, simply click the New button on the Customer Search Form.  If you intend to begin a quote immediately following the addition of a new customer, keep the default setting in the "Continue with Customer Quote after edit" checkbox.  To continue adding customers, deselect the default setting in the checkbox.  After entering the customer information, you may edit the information at any time on the Customer Information Form. 

By selecting the Customer Details button, the Customer Edit Form window will appear. You can then edit/modify any of the fields. All fields except the Customer Name have a mask. This means that you can type in lower case and the first letters will be capitalized for you automatically. Also, when phone numbers are entered, a dash will be placed in the appropriate positions automatically.
